Our Experience

One of our strengths is that we are a very experienced team.  The core group of principal associates having an average of 25-30 years relevant experience each.

Catalys can draw on experience from across the EU, particularly from accession states & the UK.  Based on a network of practitioners; the Catalys Principal Associates; Catalys can provide teams of very experienced professionals with a wide range of resource-based capacities. Catalys experts are also very experienced trainers and change management consultants who are able to support both technical and management change.

We have specific strengths geographically in Wales, where we have a very strong track record and a strong appreciation of the cultural and institutional context.  We have also worked extensively across the UK.

Internationally, we have particular strengths in the EU-accession states of the Western Balkans (especially Bosnia) and in Croatia and have undertaken project work in Africa, West & Central Asia and the Caribbean.
